All unused and undamaged items you purchased at our boutique (except final sale items) that you d'not like can be returned within 3 days of receiving the goods.
You will get the full refund, once we receive the goods, minus the original postage. You will have to pay the return postage as well, though.
Note for products with colour:
Because all monitors display colour differently, actual colours may vary.
No refunds on the following due to Canada Health Regulations:
In the event of an incorrect invoice (e.g. incorrect shipping charges) on the website, Felt & Craft, reserves the right to re-issue a corrected invoice. Shipments may be withheld until corrected invoices are paid in full.
Any personal information entered on our site during checkout is kept private and secure. Your information is never sold or used for advertising.
Shipping delivery dates are approximate and without guarantee. In the event that an item is out of stock, the delivery may be delayed an extra 2-3 weeks. Every effort is made to ensure that items posted on the website are in stock.
